College Board (A.P.)
This site is useful for any questions you may have regarding A.P. classes in general.  Also, you will get helpful hints in preparing for the A.P. exam.  This site also allows you to access your scores early if you have taken the A.P. exam.
Eyewitness to History
This web-site is really important for those students wishing to research primary sources. This site includes pictures, graphics, and other documents from real people who encountered history first-hand.
Illinois History Links
If you need to research a topic about local Illinois history, this is the place to go. Also a good site for learning about our state government.
PBS On-line
This site tells you when certain shows will be airing on your local PBS station. Often I assign extra credit papers based on certain films. If you need more information about a program airing soon that I have assigned, here is the place to go.
The History Channel
An online guide as to when your favorite documentaries and historical films will be showing.
U.S. Supreme Court Cases
For researching Supreme Court cases (which come in very handy in Government class), this is a great place to start. It contains information on all cases, including summaries, and actual transcripts.
Yahoo Encyclopedia of U.S. History
This is an excellent site if you are doing a research project on a famous person from history. This is Yahoo's encyclopedia of people in U.S. History. Easy to browse lists/categories make this an ideal way to do research, especially in Government and Contemporary America. Just remember - DON'T PLAGARIZE!
