April Showers Raffle Calendar>>
Les Femmes third annual April Shower raffle is underway. Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20. Tickets are now available in Decatur at Benny’s Grill at 1770 E. Pershing or at Geisler Law Offices at 241 S. Main.In Mt. Zion purchase tickets at Kenney’s Ace Hardware, 2880 South Mt. Zion Road. Look for the red April Showers yard signs out front of each business.
Winning raffle tickets will be drawn and prizes awarded for all 30 days in April. Winning tickets are automatically re-entered in the drawing, giving each raffle ticket 30 chances to win!A total of $500 cash will be given away. There are also other great prizes including gift certificates for dinners, spa services, gas cards, retail prizes and even Cardinals baseball tickets.
Members from Les Femmes went door-to-door this last weekend in Mt. Zion. They will also be selling door-to-door throughout the Mt. Zion School district Saturday, March 23rd Noon to 3PM.If you would like your ticket delivered directly to your door, please call 433-6840 to make arrangements.
Money raised from the April Showers Raffle will go toward the on-going music education of the Mt. Zion Les Femmes, Macon County’s only all-girl competition show choir from Mt. Zion High School. This award winning group competes throughout IL and IN this year, culminating in a trip to Fame Nationals in New York and Fame Show Choir Finals in Chicago.
Spring Flower Sales - A variety of beautiful potted flowers or flower starters are pre-sold during the month of April by the Les Femmes family and the flowers are delivered prior to Mother's Day.
